do you charge per-photo or per-product?
I charge per-photo. This means that if you have 2 products and want 4 photos each,
you will be charged for 8 photos.
how much will it cost?
The real answer. . .it depends. The biggest factor is how many images you decide to order at
the end. Please contact me to have a final cost estimate.
how do I pay?
I currently accept PayPal, Venmo, or cash if we meet in Cupertino.
what if I have a product that is overly large in size?
Normally, I don't shoot overly large sized products and only stick with small to medium sized products.
Let me know the size of your product and I'll see if I can accommodate to it. If I can, there is an
extra $10 per image fee.
if I live in the bay area, can I bring it to you?
Yes, of course! I encourage that! We can meet at a coffee shop to drop off your product
and we can chat in-person about how you specifically want things done.
how long do photography projects take?
From the time I receive your product, my photoshoot/editing process takes about 5-7 business days.
If you have a large number of products or photo requests, this may add to the production time.

what comes with each image?
Each image comes with a solid white/black background (other colors are available upon request).
I use coloring grading and enhancement to ensure I am accurately portraying your product in
an amazing way. Also, scratches, smudges, and other minor defects will be removed via Photoshop.

do you take lifestyle pictures?
Yes, I take basic lifestyle pictures with minor props. Contact me to make sure I can accommodate
the natural settings of your product. The cost of props purchased for the lifestyle pictures are added
to the final invoice.
any services that you don't offer?
I don't offer photography of jewelry, clothing, and glassware. I also do not offer modeling services
with your product.
what if I want an image to be taken again?
If I made a mistake, I will gladly retake or edit the pictures to make them right for no charge.
However, if it's from client communication error, the reshoot charges will be added to the end
invoice.
in what format are my photos delivered?
Standard product photos are delivered as a high-resolution JPG. For an extra $5 per image, you
can have the original Photoshop file for future editing.
how do you deliver my finished photos?
I will provide you a link to download your images off of our website. You have 60 days to retrieve it
off the websites and then will be taken off my database for storage reasons. An extra $5 charge
would be added if you need to access these photos past the 60 day period.
do you ship my products back when you're done?
Of course! I include the cost of return shipping in your final invoice or we can meet in person to
return your product. Another option is to donate your product to a local organization.
do I have to pay royalty for each time I use it?
Nope! After purchasing your images, you are free to use it as many times as you want, for as long
as you want. I allow the use of these photos in all forms of media including print advertising,
packaging, web, television, etc.
